All hearing instruments are fitted with a thirty day unconditional return privilege. If you are not satisfied with your hearing instruments the entire cost of the instruments will be refunded. Eastern Connecticut Ear, Nose & Throat is one of but a few hearing aid dispensers that offer refunds if the instrument is returned during the thirty day trial period. In addition to our full refund policy your purchase of a hearing instrument entitles you to free adjustments throughout the life of the hearing instrument. We are the only practice that offers this valuable service. If your instrument needs repair and can be fixed in-office there will be no charge even after the instrument warranty (typically two years) expires. Should your hearing change your instrument will be adjusted to reflect that change, and again, there will be no charge.
