Our audiologists provide exceptional, specialized patient care for those with hearing disabilities and afflictions. They have the capabilities, training, and technology to diagnose even the most minute deviations from the ideal hearing capacities, and will treat all conditions in-house in our own facilities. Elyse Kirschblum, M.A., CCC-A
Ms. Kirschblum received her B.S. at the University of Vermont and her M.A. in Communication Disorders at the University of Connecticut. She is a certified member of the American Speech and Hearing Association. Kirschblum has twenty years of clinical experience servicing infant through geriatric people. She is knowledgeable in assessing the need for hearing aid augmentation, fitting of the latest digital technology, and counseling patients and families on successful hearing aid use. Elyse is a graduate of NFA and has lived in the Norwich area most of her life. She has two grown daughters and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and playing tennis.
William Marshall, M.S., CCC-A
Bill Marshall received his B.A. in Communication Disorders at the University of Connecticut and M.S. in Audiology at the University of New Mexico. He is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and has over 30 years of experience in the fitting of hearing instruments. Mr. Marshall has successfully fitted thousands of hearing aids and has trained many of Connecticut's audiologists while supervising graduate clinical practice at the University of Connecticut. Bill is a graduate of NFA and was inducted into the Norwich Sports Hall of Fame. He has written six novels and is a running coach at CrossFit Payback in Norwich.
